India paid tributes after legendary singer Asha Bhosle died in Mumbai at the age of 92. Her son Anand Bhosle confirmed the news and said her last rites will be held at Shivaji Park. She was admitted to hospital a day earlier due to exhaustion and a chest infection, her granddaughter Zanai Bhosle said. Singer Jubin Nautiyal wrote, “The world hasn't just lost a singer — it has lost an era.” Actor Neetu Kapoor also shared a tribute. Bhosle was known for her wide range of songs across genres.
