Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is recovering from severe, disfiguring injuries after an airstrike at the start of the war, according to a Reuters report. Sources said he suffered major damage to his face and legs and may have lost a leg. The strike also killed his father, Ali Khamenei. Despite this, he is said to be “mentally sharp” and taking part in key decisions through audio calls. Iran has not issued any official update. His continued absence from public view has raised questions about his health and leadership. (PC: HT)
