The ICC has warned Pakistan of possible consequences after the government decided the national team will not play the T20 World Cup match against India in Colombo on February 15. In a statement, the world body said it is still waiting for official word from the Pakistan Cricket Board. It said global events require all teams to play scheduled matches. “Selective participation is difficult to reconcile with the fundamental premise of a global sporting event,” the ICC said.
