An Indian family with a toddler were among eight people pepper-sprayed during a violent attack on a San Antonio River Walk boat tour on November 15. The incident began when a woman became agitated after the boat operator asked her to lower her phone volume. After disembarking, she verbally attacked passengers before pepper-spraying them from a nearby bridge, with the spray hanging from her bag. Disturbing footage shows the distressed toddler crying and wiping their eyes. The woman fled and remains at large, according to San Antonio Police Department. A family friend confirmed on social media they plan to file charges. Tourist Andy Moran called the unprovoked attack "absolutely wild."
