Russia has offered India technology transfer for its fifth-generation Su-57 stealth fighter jet at Dubai Air Show 2025. Rostec CEO Sergey Chemezov emphasized strong bilateral relations, stating Moscow remains ready to supply whatever military equipment India requires. Vadim Badekha, UAC Director General, confirmed India's technical concerns regarding Su-57 have been positively addressed. Rosoboronexport is offering both license production and staged manufacturing transition to India, including technology transfer for advanced systems like engines, AESA radar, AI elements, and low-signature technologies.
