UK police are searching for Pankaj Lamba, accused of killing his wife, Harshita Brella, in East London in November 2024. Brella, 24, was found strangled and hidden in a car boot. The couple had moved from Delhi to the UK earlier that year. Lamba fled to India soon after the murder. He was later seen running a small shop near Delhi, where he reportedly kept his face covered. The shop shut down in April when police began tracing him. Brella’s family says both UK and Indian authorities have failed to act. The case is under investigation by the IOPC.
