Jammu and Kashmir Police recovered 350 kilograms of ammonium nitrate and a rifle from Faridabad's Al Falah Hospital following disclosures by arrested Kashmiri doctor Dr. Adeel Ahmad Rather. Another doctor, Dr. Muzamil Shakeel from Pulwama, was arrested for allegedly helping stock chemicals and arms. Police earlier seized an AK-47 rifle and ammunition from Rather's Kashmir locker. Both doctors remain in police custody, charged under the Arms Act and UAPA. Authorities describe this as one of the largest explosives seizures linked to Kashmir in recent years. Investigations focus on a network of doctors suspected of ties with banned terror outfits Jaish-e-Mohammed and Ghazwat-ul-Hind.
