US President Donald Trump has again claimed he stopped a war between India and Pakistan. Speaking at the America Business Forum in Miami, he said eight planes were shot down during the conflict, raising his earlier figure of seven. Trump claimed he forced both countries to make peace by threatening to cancel trade deals. India has strongly denied his claim, saying the ceasefire happened after Pakistan requested it. India and Pakistan fought briefly in May after Indian strikes on terror camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir under Operation Sindoor. Despite repeated denials, Trump has repeated this claim many times since May. (PC: AFP)
