Defence Minister Rajnath Singh declared Saturday that "every inch of Pakistan's territory lies within BrahMos range" and Operation Sindoor was "just a trailer," stating victory has become India's habit. Singh and UP CM Yogi Adityanath flagged off the first batch of four BrahMos missiles from Lucknow's facility, inaugurated virtually on May 11, 2025. The unit will produce approximately 100 missile systems annually with ₹3,000 crore turnover and ₹500 crore GST collection from next financial year. BrahMos team signed contracts worth approximately ₹4,000 crore with two countries within one month. Singh also dedicated a Titanium and Superalloy Materials Plant enabling India to produce aviation-grade materials from domestic sources.
