Russia has offered India a localized version of its cutting-edge T-14 Armata main battle tank, one of the most advanced in the world. The proposal includes joint production in India, incorporating Indian components like the DATRAN-1500 engine and other subsystems, aligning with India’s Make-in-India and Future Ready Combat Vehicle (FRCV) programs. The T-14 features an unmanned turret, armoured crew capsule, and active protection systems designed to neutralize drone and missile threats.
