From 2018–2022, she submitted claims for unnecessary or non‑existent procedures including endometrial ablations, biopsies, ultrasounds, vaccinations, blood and STD tests often performed without consent. Ghosh also exaggerated consultation lengths via improper billing codes, fabricated medical records, and directed staff to submit false claims.
