He stated, "We cannot tolerate any kind of terrorism. We cannot tolerate countries sponsoring terrorism." The Indian delegation, visiting Panama as part of a global outreach following the attack, also met with Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino and National Assembly President Dana Castaneda, securing Panama's support in India's war against terror.
