She revealed links with Pakistani agents she met during a visa application process at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi in 2023. Malhotra traveled to Pakistan twice and later communicated with agents like Ali Hasan and Rana Shahbaz using encrypted apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Snapchat. Authorities suspect she shared sensitive information and may have gathered intel during a trip to Pahalgam before a terror attack. A joint probe by NIA, IB, and Military Intelligence is underway.
