These were the concluding words from Team India's Head Coach Rahul Dravid after the World Cup 2023 finals that witnessed a tragic end to the team's glorious tournament run. While the legend's emotion is shared by 1.4 billion, Dravid said he hadn’t thought about his future yet, as his contract comes to an end after the World Cup. Even though India faltered in the title clash, Dravid took pride in the "quality of cricket" his team played through the World Cup campaign. As a true sportsman that he has always been, Dravid didn't forget to give credit where it is due and concluded his statement saying, "I think we ran a really good campaign. Just at the last step in the final, we probably didn't have our best game and credit to Australia.”
