India has asked a Pakistani official at the High Commission in New Delhi to leave the country within 24 hours. The official was declared "persona non grata" for actions not fitting his diplomatic role. A formal notice was given to Pakistan’s Charge d’Affaires. This move comes as tensions rise after India’s Operation Sindoor, a strike against terror camps in Pakistan. The operation followed the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, where 26 people, including a tourist from Nepal, were killed.
