Pakistan has confirmed that five of its air force men, including Chief Technician Aurangzeb, were killed in India’s recent air strikes. This is the first time Pakistan admitted losing PAF personnel, supporting India’s claim of downing fighter jets during Operation Sindoor. Pakistan said 11 soldiers and 40 civilians died in the strikes, while 78 others were hurt. India said it only targeted terror camps and avoided civilian harm. Sources said India shot down one F-16 and two JF-17 jets during Pakistan’s failed airspace breach. India also claimed 100 terrorists were killed in the strikes that followed the Pahalgam terror attack. (PC: India Today)
