A sentry at Nagrota Military Station in Jammu was injured during a brief gunfight after challenging a suspect spotted near the camp's perimeter. The Indian Army's 16 Corps stated that search operations are ongoing to locate the intruder(s). The incident occurred as Indian air defence engaged Pakistani drones over Srinagar. The government condemned Pakistan for violating an agreement reached earlier the same day.
