Pathan Khan Arrested in Jaisalmer for Spying for Pakistan’s ISI, Booked Under Official Secrets Act

Rajasthan Intelligence formally arrested Pathan Khan, a resident of Karmo Ki Dhani in Jaisalmer, on May 1, 2025, for allegedly spying for Pakistan’s ISI. He had been under detention and interrogation since March 26. Booked under the Official Secrets Act, 1923, Khan is accused of passing sensitive military information, including troop movements and training details, to Pakistani handlers. Investigations revealed he received espionage training in Pakistan and supplied Indian SIM cards to ISI agents. His suspicious phone activities led to his arrest, and authorities recovered incriminating digital evidence confirming his role in cross-border espionage. (PC: ANI)
