Tensions between India and Pakistan have surged following the Pahalgam terror attack, prompting Pakistan to launch full-scale military exercises near the Line of Control (LoC). The Pakistani Army has deployed Chinese SH-15 howitzers, radar systems, and air defence units along key border sectors. The Pakistan Air Force is running three simultaneous drills—Fiza-e-Badr, Lalkar-e-Momin, and Zarb-e-Haidari—featuring F-16, J-10, and JF-17 jets. Pakistan has also shut down airspace over Lahore and Karachi and bolstered security at air bases. India responded diplomatically with strong measures, while both nations brace for further escalation as ceasefire violations continue. (PC: AFP)
