A Pakistani father has made an emotional plea to Indian and Pakistani authorities, requesting permission to complete his children’s life-saving treatment in New Delhi. “They have a heart condition... their treatment was possible in New Delhi,” he told Geo News, as SAARC visa privileges were suspended following the Pahalgam terror attack. His 9- and 7-year-old children suffer from congenital heart defects, with surgery scheduled next week.
