Jadeja soon departed too, leaving Suryakumar to finish with the tail. He fell one run short of a fifty as India ended with a sub-par total. On paper, in-form India faced struggling England who need a miracle to stay alive. But early wickets gave England hope of possibly delaying their likely World Cup exit.
